DaSH Update

DASH JFC Training | South Heighton

As we head into the 2020/2021 season the club, like many others, has seen significant change over the last few months as we try to manage with the ever changing circumstances due to COVID-19. We’re proud to say that we have adhered fully to all guidelines that have been set out by the County FA and are now in a position to return to training safely. (Full details on the clubs Risk Assessment can be found here)

Added to this, the club has seen a number of its teams and coaches leave, and although it is always sad to see people who have given so much to the club leave it has allowed us to welcome a number of new coaches to the club. More details on this can be found on the individual Team’s pages.

Throughout this time the club has remained in a very stable position and has also restructured its committee in line with the changes at the club to help drive the club forward over the next few years.

Now that the restrictions are starting to lift we are delighted to be returning to training and cannot wait for the new season to start.

Lastly, and by no means least we are looking to add to our ‘mini-dashers’ so if you have a four or five year old who wants to come down to join the DASH family please let us know and we can provide more information on training times and dates.

DaSH Update

Following the recent announcement that our Chairman and U15’s coach are moving to Seaford Town we want to reassure you that this is a strategic move to ensure the older age groups have a dedicated route into adult football. We wish them all the best and look forward to hearing about their journey.

DaSH are a small community club with a big history and for us the future is also bright. We continue to provide football coaching across all junior ages and are very much open for business!

The committee members are focused on working together to ensure a welcoming, friendly and all inclusive footballing experience for both our current and future members.

This club belongs to the community and is all about the kids. With that in mind we would welcome anyone looking to get involved in its running or contributing to its continued success.

Thank you for your support – we cant wait to see you all soon as we start to come back from lockdown.

DaSH Goalkeeping

We’re super excited to introduce our new DaSH Goalkeeping sessions from 17th August.

Coaching will be led by experienced goalkeeper and licensed GK Coach, Dan Breach.

Training takes places on Saturday’s from 9am at The Hollow and is free for DaSH members. Non-members are welcome to come along too for just £2 per session.

Contact us for more information if interested.
